Marching In The Mulberry Trees?

I will open my mouth and tell of God’s wonderful works. Why? Because it was the testimonies of others that most encouraged me to turn from my utter refusal to walk in His Way. Because of their honesty in sharing their experience, strength, and hope, I am no longer stubborn and rebellious. Instead, I rely and trust God when I am threatened by enemies.

Today, I am waiting patiently (as in 1 Chronicles 14:13-16) to hear the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees before I strike out against the enemy camp. My trust is neither blind nor baseless; it is strong because of what He has already done and shown. Now my purpose in life is sharing how God has turned my trials to triumph, to encourage myself and others that only God can (and always will) if I allow.

Chime in if you care to share how God has driven your enemies back, way back and far, far away. My thanks to Karen “Girl” Friday for posting this image on Twitter.
