Reading about the rescue of Rahab reminds me of Rapunzel trapped in the tall tower. In both stories, the escape route is through a window opening when there is no access through a door or stairway. To me, these stories are encouraging. Apparently, freedom from imprisonment (in any form) is possible, even when the regular routes of escape are blocked.
