Do More Less?

Is this what I heard? Is this what I am hearing? Answer: Yup. Do more less!  Hmmm. I am surprised by this, because my slate is quite blank, with few (if any) commitments, yet I’m being told to beware and be wary (unlike the person in this photograph).

Like the person in this photograph, distraction is a real and sneaky danger. I need to keep my focus on being aware, being wary. Beware. It’s the opposite of what thought I was learning about being okay, no matter the circumstances. That is still a lesson I am learning by practice, but there’s a flip side to this coin — namely, learning to be more careful (aka full of care) and to be more intentional to to feed on what I need to be who I am and not who I’m not in Christ.

Someone posted on Twitter the other day that Carl Jung said, “Loneliness does nor come from having no people around you, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to you.”  Translation: Do more less? Answer: Yup!
